Play Readers of Denton will meet Tuesday, Oct. 12, starting at 7 pm upstairs at the Campus Theatre to read a play out loud. Last week, the group read Sam Bobick's comedy, Getting Sara Married.
The next meeting of Playwrights of Denton will be Tuesday, Oct. 19, at 7 pm.
Auditions for the centerpiece of Christmas at the Campus, The Second Shepherds' Play, will be Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 11 and 12, at 7 pm at the Campus Theatre. There are roles for 4 men and 3 women; auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. Performance dates are Dec. 10-12. The play will be directed by Betty Kay Seibt.
