Play Readers of Denton will meet Tuesday, May 4, at 7 pm upstairs at the Campus Theatre to read a play out loud. Last week, the group read two one-act plays: Melissa Cooper's Antigone Now and Julie Brinker's Rachel's Night.
The next meeting of Playwrights of Denton will be May 18.
MTD's Dirty Rotten Scoundrels opens May 14.
Dennis Welch will be leading the June 12 Second Saturdays Seminar from 1-3 pm at the Campus Theatre on audition techniques. This workshop is free, but reservations are appreciated. Please call 940 382-7014 x3 or email thedctteam@campustheatre.com. The Second Saturdays Seminar program is an adult-education outreach program established by DCT in 2007.
