Play Readers of Denton will meet Tuesday, April 6, starting at 7 pm upstairs at the Campus Theatre. The group read Edward Albee's American Dream and Lanford Wilson's Abstinence for last week's double-header.
The next meeting of Playwrights of Denton will be April 20.
"Opening the Black Box," the Second Saturdays Seminar which was snowed out in February, has been re-scheduled for April 10 from 1-3 pm. We'll meet at the Campus Theatre, but will take a field trip to the venue! Please email thedctteam@campustheatre.com or call 940 382-7014 x3 to let us know you're planning to attend.
Barnes and Noble in Golden Triangle Mall will be holding a Bookfair for DCT on April 10 and 11 (and online for the following 5 days). We'll use the money we raise to purchase more scripts for Play Readers and educational materials for Theatre School.
