Play Readers of Denton will meet April 2 at 7 pm at the Campus Theatre
to read Sly Fox out loud, in advance of auditions. We'll need lots of readers for this
one, and Helen Exel will be back to visit us!
Playwrights of Denton will next meet April 16. Please let Julie (thedctteam@campustheatre.com) know asap if you're bringing something that you'd like readers for!
The April 13 Second Saturdays Seminar will be a
hands-on workshop about putting together a staged reading. Second
Saturdays Seminars run 1-3 pm at the Campus Theatre, and they're free!
Last night, DCT opened the Black Box presentation of The Last Five Years and it runs through Sunday. Friday and Saturday nights are SOLD OUT! The King and I will open at the Campus Theatre on April 5 for two weekends.
Mark your calendars for this year's Clean Up the Campus Day on April 20, starting at 9 am. Come for an hour or the whole day--lunch will be provided! We'd also like to clean out the storage unit, and are particularly seeking pickup trucks and/or trailers to fill. Please let thedctteam@campustheatre.com know to expect you, so we can get a head count for lunch!
