Playwrights of Denton will meet April 21

The next meeting of Playwrights of Denton is scheduled for Tuesday, April 21, and we have a playwright who would like to read a portion of a new play. We're looking for 3 men and 3 women for this one, or as close to that as we can get--please emailthedctteam@campustheatre.com if you know you can help us out with this!

Play Readers will meet as usual on April 28 at 7 pm at the Campus Theatre to read a play out loud. Because of callbacks for Enchanted April on Tuesday, April 14, Play Readers did not meet that night.

We still have a few seats left for the Joan Turner Special Saturday Seminar this Saturday, April 18, at 1 pm at the Campus. Ms. Turner got her Equity card in 1947 and is also a member of SAG. She recently relocated to Denton and has graciously consented to talk to us about her professional acting career and training.
