Play Readers of Denton will NOT meet Tuesday, July 31, since it will be the fifth Tuesday in the month. Last week, Jessica reports that Play Readers had a good time reading Butterflies are Free. The next meeting of Play Readers will be Tuesday, August 7 at 7 pm at the Campus Theatre.
Playwrights of Denton and Second Saturdays Seminar are on hiatus for the
summer--the next Second Saturdays Seminar will be Sept. 8, and the next
Playwrights of Denton meeting will be Sept. 18.
Baby With the Bathwater opens August 3 at the DCT POINTBank Black

Season tickets and tax-deductible DCT memberships are now on sale. It's a
great season lineup that includes George Bernard Shaw's Pygmalion (the play that inspired My Fair Lady), The Elephant Man, Cheaper by the Dozen, The King and I, M*A*S*H creator Larry Gelbart's Sly Fox, and Oprah Winfrey's musical version of The Color Purple. Special events will include It's a Wonderful Life in December and Greater Tuna
in June. Season ticket holders receive a discounted ticket price over
